Coach Job Description
Athletic teams are not ends in themselves but tools which Mount Royal Academy employs to help student-athletes grow in virtue and flourish as human beings. Striving to be competitive and achieve victory, Mount Royal teams also keep in mind the higher goal of growing in virtue and bringing Christ to all whom we compete against.

- Securing all facilities as needed and whenever directed to do so by the Athletic Director
- Establishing a team culture which promotes the mission of Mount Royal Academy, character development, and personal accountability while still being competitive against opposing teams in that team’s league
- Modeling virtue by fully embodying the mission of the school, fostering relationships with players, parents, referees, and opposing coaches; showing respect and sportsmanship in victory and defeat
