Excellence Honor Extended to Elementary School

Jan 24, 2018

Dear Families,

As many of you may recall, the high school was named a Catholic Honor Roll school by the Cardinal Newman Society. The Newman Society recently expanded their efforts to support excellent Catholic education all the way down to the elementary level. Schools all over the country have been invited to apply, and so did we. We are pleased to share this message from the Deputy Director of K-12 Programs, Denise Donohue:

Congratulations!  After further review of your elementary school handbooks and test data, we are pleased to inform you that your elementary levels are now included in your Catholic Education Honor Roll award! Your school is a fully recognized Catholic Education Honor Roll School – K-12! Congratulations on the receipt of this prestigious designation.

The success of our school and students would not be possible without the selfless support of our committed educators, administrators, clergy, and lay partners in the community.  This year, the diocese is holding its second annual Recognizing Excellence Awards Gala at the Grappone Center in Concord on Thursday, June 21, 2018.   Please read the attached award descriptions and use the links below to nominate someone you think deserves to receive this special recognition.  The deadline to submit your nomination is March 16, 2018.   If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Catholic Schools Office at 663-0140.
